Job summary

Itron is seeking a Production Supervisor for the A Shift (Sunday–Wednesday, 8 PM–6:30 AM) to lead production activities, prioritize schedules, and manage budgets based on product introduction, equipment efficiency, and materials supply.

You will develop schedules and manpower, supervise staff, monitor safety, quality, and costs, coach the team, maintain inventory accuracy, and drive continuous improvement per ISO procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 1+ years as a Production Supervisor in manufacturing.
• Strong leadership and team motivation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage production schedules to meet goals.
• Monitor efficiency and control costs.
• Coach and develop team members.
