Responsibilities

• Ensure safety for all employees.
• Organize, monitor, and prioritize tasks to meet production goals.
• Evaluate stations for optimum efficiency.
• Discipline and document employee performance issues.
• Approve vacation requests while maintaining business needs.
• Manage headcount and termination records.
• Coach and train teams; mentor staff.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and monitor WIP and rework.
