Job summary

Itron, Inc. is seeking a Production Supervisor, A Shift (Sunday–Wednesday, 8 PM–6:30 AM) to lead production lines, drive safety, quality, and cost targets, and guide scheduling and resources. The role involves planning, budgeting oversight, and directing labor to meet production goals.

You will develop shift schedules, manage headcount, coach staff, and monitor process metrics while adhering to ISO procedures and continuous improvement initiatives within a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 1+ years as a Production Supervisor in manufacturing or equivalent experience.
• Strong leadership skills to manage and motivate teams.
• Basic MS Office/Word skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety for all employees.
• Organize, monitor, and prioritize tasks to meet production goals.
• Evaluate stations to ensure optimum efficiency.
• Discipline and document employee performance issues.
