Job summary

Responsibilities

• Supervise multiple product lines and manufacturing activities across value streams.
• Plan, organize, and direct manufacturing operations to meet budget and targets.
• Maintain manpower utilization to maximize efficiency.
• Set goals and measure progress for safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
• Lead structured operating cadence with start-up, daily tier meetings, and weekly reviews.
• Ensure corrective actions and improvements are followed through.
• Develop and train employees and conduct performance reviews.
• Enforce company policies with a robust training program.
• Identify and mitigate production, quality, or delivery risks promptly.
