MicroPort Orthopedics, Inc. is seeking a Supervisor, Production, to oversee lean value stream and traditional manufacturing across shifts.
You will mentor direct reports and collaborate with engineering, quality, scheduling, and corporate teams to enable efficient operations. You will supervise lines, manage budgets, drive continuous improvement, and ensure adherence to FDA, GMP, and ISO standards while developing a culture of ownership and accountability.

As Supervisor, Production, you will supervise all aspects of both lean value stream and traditional manufacturing product lines across all shifts. You will also mentor direct reports to further develop the skills required for their job functions and interface with engineering, production, quality, scheduling, and corporate work teams to facilitate manufacturing operation.

Required: High School Diploma
Preferred: Bachelor's Degree
Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment required, or a minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience in operations, distribution, logistics, warehousing, or a related environment.
