Job summary

LSI ADL Technology in Columbus, Ohio is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead manufacturing on the 6:00 PM - 4:00 AM shift. You will supervise shift employees, ensure safety, quality, and productivity, and report to the Group Leader.

Ideal candidates have prior supervisory experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to train staff on processes and equipment. This role requires strong organizational abilities and collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• Must demonstrate leadership and delegate prioritized work
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Experience supervising manufacturing production is preferred
• Ability to train employees on new processes and equipment
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite for reports and logs

Responsibilities
