Job summary

Cooley Group in Lancaster, SC is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to lead an overnight 24/7 production team on a roughly 12-hour schedule. You will ensure safety, quality, and production performance while coordinating shift-to-shift communication.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in manufacturing, prior supervisory experience, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and familiarity with ISO standards; plastics processing or extrusion experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of manufacturing experience.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• ISO-certified manufacturing experience preferred.
• Plastics processing or extrusion experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop production employees to achieve safety, quality, and productivity goals.
• Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
• Partner with Quality, Engineering, and Maintenance to maximize efficiency and product consistency.
• Support employee training, development, and performance management.
• Ensure accurate production reporting and compliance with ISO standards.
