Job summary

Red Dot Corporation, a leader in premium mobile HVAC units, is seeking a Production Supervisor for the night shift in Puyallup, WA. You will lead daily production operations, apply LEAN principles, and drive safety and quality across the team.

Responsibilities include managing priorities, coordinating with supervisors, ensuring material availability, and maintaining training and records. Strong leadership and manufacturing knowledge are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 3–5 years of production lead/supervisory experience in manufacturing.
• 1–2 years of direct LEAN/Toyota Production System experience.
• Proven ability to lead teams, manage priorities, and communicate across all levels.
• Strong understanding of assembly and fabrication processes.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and production data.
• Proficiency with MRP/ERP systems, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Office, Sharepoint, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Lead production teams, set priorities and ensure on-time quality output daily.
• Apply LEAN/Toyota Production System principles; identify and remove waste.
• Coordinate with other supervisors on manpower, work orders, inventory, and scheduling.
• Monitor raw material levels and oversee operator maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with policies, quality standards and safety regulations.
• Hire, train and evaluate personnel; maintain training records.
• Provide required reports (attendance, quality, training, efficiency).
• Maintain a clean, organized work environment.
• Participate in product design reviews and provide feedback on production processes.
• Data collection: logging availability, performance, and quality data per OEE system.
