Job summary

Nestlé Health Science is seeking a Production Supervisor to manage a 25-person team in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. You will lead production activities, coach staff, and ensure safe operations, GMP compliance, and continuous improvement.

You will report to the Production Manager and drive metrics on productivity, quality, and costs, while fostering a culture of training and development within the shift.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required.
• At least 5+ years of related manufacturing or production experience, with 3+ years in leadership or supervisory role.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities to develop teams.
• Proven ability to drive results and solve problems in a manufacturing setting.
• Proficiency in Excel/PowerPoint; SAP knowledge is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead 25 team members and oversee production activities.
• Provide coaching, mentoring, and training to staff.
• Conduct floor walks and maintain open communication with management.
• Ensure safe equipment operation and GMP compliance.
• Collaborate with Quality to address issues and implement preventive measures.
