Nestlé Health Science is seeking a Production Supervisor to manage 25 team members on a 7pm–7am rotating schedule. You will oversee production activities, monitor costs, and uphold safety and quality. You will guide training and ensure the team operates safely with GMP compliance.

The role reports to the Production Manager and requires a strong leader with experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Nestlé offers a comprehensive rewards package and growth opportunities.

Competenze

• Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required.
• 5+ years in manufacturing/production, with 3+ years in leadership.
• Strong coaching to develop individuals and teams.
• Proven ability to plan, solve problems and drive continuous improvement.
• Proficient in Excel/PowerPoint; SAP knowledge preferred.

Mansioni

• Lead 25 team members and provide coaching to promote growth.
• Conduct floor walks and support production and quality initiatives.
• Serve as SME for safe evacuation of products from tanks and operate pumps, mixers, filters, and lift trucks.
• Monitor metrics: overtime, usage, personnel issues, productivity, quality and progress.
• Partner with Quality Control on quality issues and preventive measures.
• Attend safety meetings and enforce plant safety policies and GMPs.
• Facilitate shift transitions and act as backup when needed.
