Job summary

Medline Industries, LP in New Jersey is hiring a Production Supervisor to ensure timely and accurate finished goods production and on-time product delivery while maintaining inventory integrity.

You will oversee scheduling, monitor backorders, create production orders, and ensure regulatory compliance, while mentoring staff and building team morale on a rotating 5:30 PM–5:30 AM shift.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous SAP and Catalyst experience.
• At least 2 years production experience.
• Experience as department lead or supervisor is a plus.
• At least 1 year of people management experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate product processing.
• Monitor backorders and production scheduling; coordinate resources.
• Create transfers and production orders to meet schedules.
• Prepare paperwork and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Maintain inventory integrity of components and finished goods.
• Communicate with divisions on backorders and substitutions.
• Mentor staff and manage performance; ensure adequate staffing.
