Job summary

MetOx International, Inc. based in Houston, TX, is seeking a Production Technician Lead to manage specialized deposition, etching, and testing equipment in a cleanroom manufacturing environment.

The role includes leading a team, ensuring safety, TPM, 5S, and maintaining equipment reliability; night shift 4:00 pm to 4:00 am four days a week; require 5+ years of manufacturing experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma OR GED with technical coursework.
• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing environment or mechanical support role.
• An advanced degree may substitute for required experience, year-for-year, depending on relevance and level.

Responsibilities

• Operate deposition, etching, and testing equipment according to SOPs and engineering requirements.
• Monitor equipment and process performance; identify issues and support troubleshooting to improve yield and process stability.
• Lead and coach team members to ensure efficient workflow.
• Follow safety procedures and contribute to a proactive safety culture.
• Perform routine inspections, basic maintenance, and TPM activities to maximize equipment reliability.
