Job summary

Nestlé Health Science in Eau Claire, Wisconsin, is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead a 12-hour shift schedule (5:00pm–5:00am) with weekend coverage. The role ensures GMP compliance, product integrity, and efficient operations while coaching the production team.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree or 3+ years supervisory manufacturing experience, knowledge of SAP/MES, and strong problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to work flexible hours.
• Experience in a food manufacturing environment, with exposure to FDA requirements preferred.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel; SAP, MES and AGV experience preferred.
• Experience with aseptic processing preferred.
• Experience supervising in a unionized environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates, assigns, instructs, coaches, and advises production team members in their departments to meet API, PPI and KPI targets.
• Participates in Nestlé Continuous Excellence tasks and reviews key performance indicators for daily performance.
• Analyzes and troubleshoots production problems with cross-functional teams and uses problem-solving tools.
• Ensures CFR, FDA compliance and maintains SOPs; reviews deviations and issues reports.
