This role leads a team of production employees, ensuring efficient and high-quality operations while managing workflow and safety compliance. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of manufacturing experience and at least 2 years of supervisory experience. Competenze

• 2–5 years of manufacturing experience, preferably in food/beverage industry.
• At least 2 years of lead or supervisory experience; union experience a plus.
• Aseptic processing experience is preferred.
