Qualifications

• Three to five years of production supervisory experience.

• Ability to troubleshoot and ensure safety precautions are followed.

Responsibilities

• Meet daily manpower and scheduling requirements and manage absentee coverage.
• Oversee daily shop floor production and supervise employees.
• Provide on-the-job training to employees.
• Maintain quality standards and enforce safety, housekeeping, attendance, and conduct policies.
• Record production activities accurately and report performance metrics.
• Evaluate team performance and collaborate with other departments.
• Troubleshoot processes, equipment, and quality problems to maximize efficiency.
• Initiate new job start-ups and manage scrap control.
