Qualifications

• Education & Experience: High School diploma with extensive experience, including 3+ years of supervising 10+ production workers in an industrial setting.
• Leadership & Discipline: Strong decision-making to enforce policies and discipline fairly.
• Administration & Communication: Strong written and verbal skills for reports and time tracking.
• Math & Computer Literacy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and budgeting/cost control.
• Environment & Physical Demands: Able to lead in a noisy setting with CO2 exposure and lift 5–50 lb.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Plant Operators during production, packaging dry ice, and shipping prep.
• Coordinate tasks based on customer needs, stock levels, and associates’ strengths.
• Promote safety standards and improve production methods and equipment.
• Assist Plant Manager with planning capital investments and onboarding new hires.
