Qualifications

• High School diploma plus 3 years managing 10+ production workers in an industrial setting.

• Good written and verbal communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Office and budgeting/cost control.
• Ability to lift 5–50 lb and work safely in a noisy environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Plant Operators in production, packaging of dry ice, and shipping prep.
• Coordinate tasks to meet customer needs and stock levels.
• Review production schedules and maintain time/production records.
• Promote safety standards and improve production methods and quality.
• Assist Plant Manager with capital planning and inventory levels.
• Onboard, train, and develop team; support transfers and promotions.
