LG Energy Solution Arizona, Inc. seeks responsible Production Operators for our Queen Creek, AZ manufacturing site. You will safely operate equipment, follow SOPs, and maintain quality in electrode and cell assembly processes to produce safe, high-performance batteries.

You will record data, inspect materials, and work with teams to meet daily production goals while complying with safety and quality standards. Overtime and weekend shifts required as schedule dictates.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED.
• Commitment to safety and teamwork in a manufacturing setting.
• Willingness to work overtime, including weekends.
• Experience in production/manufacturing with automated equipment is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Operate and monitor production equipment per SOPs.
• Follow safety rules and wear PPE at all times.
• Inspect materials and assemblies for quality against standards.
• Accurately record production data and readings in logs.
• Identify, report, and help troubleshoot basic equipment issues.
• Operate forklifts/pallet jacks to move materials as needed.
• Perform routine cleaning and minor maintenance of machines/work areas.
• Collaborate with team members and engineers to reach daily goals.
• Escalate safety, quality, or equipment issues promptly to leads.
• Support continuous improvement by providing process feedback.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
