Cooley Group is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to lead an off-shift manufacturing team. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who is passionate about developing employees, improving processes, and creating a culture focused on safety, quality, and accountability.

What You’ll Do

• Lead, coach, and develop production employees to achieve safety, quality, and productivity goals.
• Monitor key performance indicators and drive continuous improvement efforts.
• Partner with Quality, Engineering, and Maintenance teams to maximize efficiency and product consistency.
• Support employee training, development, and performance management.
• Ensure accurate production reporting and compliance with company and ISO standards.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of manufacturing experience.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• ISO-certified manufacturing experience preferred.
• Plastics processing or extrusion experience is a plus.
