Responsibilities

• Ensure all production lines operate at proper speeds and output levels while adhering to quality policies and productivity standards.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental policies.
• Work with Production Manager to assign personnel and establish shift schedules.
• Interpret production schedules and provide completion estimates based on manpower/equipment availability.
• Troubleshoot and maintain machine functionality during shift.
• Perform routine quality control and report defects or quality concerns to management.
• Maintain accuracy of production reporting.
• Coach and train new hires and develop existing staff.
• Verify correct blending of materials and understanding of raw materials for each product line.
• Perform other duties as needed to meet facility and company needs.
