You will lead supervisors, coordinate with production and customer service, maintain inventory accuracy above 99%, and ensure on-time, perfect orders while mentoring staff and maintaining a safe workplace.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 8–10 years of distribution management experience.
• 3–4 years’ experience in a bar coding and automated environment.
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
• Excellent interpersonal and team-building abilities.
• Proficiency in English (reading, writing and speaking).

Responsibilities

• Supervise distribution staff and ensure training and development.
• Oversee hiring, scheduling, and performance management.
• Coordinate with production and customer service to align activities.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and perform cycle counts.
• Ensure on-time, error-free shipments (PERFECT ORDER) and safety compliance.
• Direct and manage CDL/non-CDL drivers and compliance with DOT rules.
