• Coach and train new hires and develop existing staff.
• Verify correct blending of materials and understanding of raw materials for each product line.
• Perform other duties as needed to meet facility and company needs.

Our company is currently searching a member to join our Production team as a Production Supervisor who will work to provide support across our plant. This position will work within a team of other production staff and will be based in our Chicago, IL facility. This role will require candidates to be able to work 12-hour shifts. We currently are looking for one night supervisor. Typical hours are 7pm - 7:15am.

Key Role And Responsibilities

• Ensure all production lines are operating at proper speeds and proper output levels while adhering to company's established quality policies and productivity standards.

• Other duties may be assigned at times to meet facility and company needs.
