Qualifications

• 3+ years in steel/manufacturing environment
• Leadership/supervisory experience
• ISO 9001:2015 experience preferred
• Formal safety training (OSHA 30, NSC) preferred

Responsibilities

• Supervise shop employees; plan work schedules and overtime
• Conduct performance and salary reviews; provide feedback
• Coordinate with Planning/Scheduling for daily machine schedules
• Troubleshoot workmanship problems and ensure quality and delivery
• Drive continuous improvement using lean manufacturing methods
• Support maintenance schedules with Maintenance Department
• Ensure safety procedures and JSA/PPE compliance
• Resolve internal and external customer issues/complaints
