Solventum is a healthcare company focused on solving complex challenges to improve patient care. We seek a Production Specialist to support manufacturing operations, ensure quality, and maintain a safe plant environment.

The role operates on the 3rd shift (Sun night–Fri morning, 11:30pm–7:30am) with starting pay of $28.16/hour plus a $3.00 shift differential. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, 3 years of manufacturing experience, and at least 1 year in a lead role.

Competenze

3 years of manufacturing experience.
One year leading in a manufacturing environment.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Mansioni

Leading operations and serving as a SME on equipment and processes.
Performing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on mechanical, electronic, robotic, and chemical systems.
Driving continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, service, cost, and engagement.
Supporting production experiments, maintaining accurate process documentation, and coordinating with maintenance teams to resolve equipment issues.
Ensuring compliance with safety standards (LOTO, PPE).
Providing Team Leader tasks on backup as needed.
Clear spoken and written English communication.
