Solventum is hiring a Production Specialist to support plant operations, ensure quality, and maintain a safe, efficient environment. The role operates on the 3rd shift (Sun–Fri, 11:30pm–7:30am) with starting pay of $28.16/hour plus a $3.00 shift differential and planned increases after 6 and 12 months.
Main duties include leading operations, performing preventive maintenance, and driving improvements across safety, quality, service, cost, and engagement.
