Job summary

RevSpring Inc in Oaks, PA is seeking a 3rd Shift Production Coordinator to ensure production is scheduled accurately and on time, maximizing efficiency. You will oversee quality and monitor systems to prevent bottlenecks and maintain continuous operation.

Responsibilities include creating and optimizing schedules, analyzing daily reports, coordinating with shift supervision, and driving efficient use of Labor and equipment while supporting a high standard of customer service.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma; Associates Degree in Logistics.
• Experience: 5 years experience in manufacturing setting required.
• Language Skills: Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures or governmental regulations; write reports and business correspondence. Ability to present information.

Responsibilities

• Schedules all work for the shift, ensuring efficient operations; prioritizes work to meet SLAs.
• Develops and controls production schedules based on customer requirements.
• Analyzes daily scheduling reports to determine specific production work flow and predict daily production levels.
• Schedules work to optimize changeover, labor and production equipment usage.
• Provides data and analysis to assist shift supervisor in resource planning.
• Notifies shift supervisor of issues impacting production workflow.
• Reports daily production needs and completions.
• Provides direction and retraining to insure efficient operations when needed.
• Interacts with production management daily to resolve issues regarding efficiencies and customer questions.
• Monitors work and makes changes to maximize machine and employee efficiency.
