Responsibilities

• Schedules all work for the shift to meet SLAs and optimize operations.
• Develops and controls production schedules based on customer requirements.
• Analyzes daily scheduling reports to predict production levels.
• Optimizes changeover, labor, and equipment usage.
• Provides data to assist shift supervision in resource planning.
• Notifies supervisor of issues impacting workflow.
• Reports daily production needs and completions.
• Guides and retrains staff to improve efficiency.
• Interacts with production management to resolve issues.
