Job summary

Sargento Kiel is seeking a punctual, hands-on team member to ensure the production line has the components and equipment needed to complete orders on time. You will work with automated equipment, read production orders, perform data entry for inventory, and help maintain food safety and quality standards while collaborating with a team.

This role requires lifting 50 lbs, forklift readiness, and a willingness to learn lockout/tagout procedures in a refrigerated, high‑volume environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Willingness to complete forklift certification on hire.
• Ability to perform data entry for inventory systems and labeling software.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work safely as part of a team to produce quality Sargento products.
• Read and understand production orders to verify information is correct.
