Job summary

Performance Foodservice is seeking a production line operator to set up and maintain line equipment, monitor processes, and support packaging operations. You will ensure GMP and safety standards while coordinating work with the production team to keep an efficient flow.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED and 1–2 years of warehouse or production experience. Candidates should be available for full-time shifts and able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent Experience.
• 1-2 years warehouse and/or production work experience.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain line equipment and monitor the production process.
• Assist in training and relieving line personnel for breaks to maintain shift coverage.
• Perform quality checks, verify ingredients and packaging as needed.
• Complete downtime, production, and quality reports and assist maintenance as required.
