This full-time, on-site position requires night availability, occasional weekends, and the ability to work in a cold environment. English proficiency and prior heavy labor experience are valued.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work nights and weekends.
• English-speaking ability required.
• Heavy labor experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Follow quality inspection standards and remove non-conforming products and document per SOPs.
• Clean plant drains and floors.
• Assist plant personnel with general housekeeping and GMPs during the shift.
• Ensure paperwork is clear, legible, and documented per SOPs.
• Report food safety and quality issues to management promptly.
• Maintain excellent attendance and punctuality.
• Work on the empty case dock, moving stacks as needed.
• May work in a cold environment (~35°F) and outdoors.
