Qualifications

• 2 years of Supervisory/Leadership experience in a food manufacturing or dairy plant.
• Experience in high-volume dairy production facilities.
• Basic knowledge of GMP, SOPs, and WHMIS.
• Willingness to work night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee CIP programs and HTST sanitation operations.
• Supervise sanitation staff and manage attendance.
• Troubleshoot CIP processes and replace sensors or fittings.
• Monitor and document chemical use and ensure SOP adherence.
• Coordinate with QA and Production management daily.
• Build a strong team culture and ensure safety.
