Taleo is seeking a Vacation Relief Operator for our Idaho facility. This role supports the Production Supervisor, learns all equipment from receiving to warehouse, and covers vacations with ongoing training on management aspects. Strong team collaboration and proactive learning are essential.

The position emphasizes GMP, sanitation, and safety, with opportunities to contribute to process improvements and audit readiness on a day-to-day basis.

Qualifikationen

• Required: High School Education or Equivalent
• Minimum 2 years operator experience in industrial manufacturing
• Experience managing personnel in diverse and challenging environments is a plus

Aufgaben

• Fill in for other employees and supervisors during vacation or personal time.
• Support others while achieving goals.
• Comply with OSHA and plant safety regulations.
• Communicate safety issues to the Production Supervisor or Safety Foreman.
• Review department and system performances daily.
• Operate equipment per SOPs and adjust based on outputs.
• Monitor membrane flux rates, chemical additions and consumption.
• Ensure plant is audit-ready at all times.
• Complete work instructions and logs accurately and timely.
• Assist in training of team members.
