Qualifications

• Requires a related Bachelor's Degree and at least 1 year of supervisory experience in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and direct production teams to meet work orders and quality targets.
• Assign work orders and review performance for continuous improvement.
• Maintain clean room and ensure safe, healthy work environment.
• Coordinate with QA technicians and engineers to uphold quality standards.
• Hire, train, and develop production staff; manage transfers and discipline.
• Ensure paperwork and line clearances are completed on time.
• May perform second shift supervisor duties.
