Job summary

American Family Insurance in Madison, WI seeks an Associate Production Print Technician to operate and maintain digital print, mail inserting, and finishing equipment for client statements and reports. This is a third shift role (7pm–5:05am) at Cottage Court, with a 10%–15% shift differential and weekend premium.

You will program job specs, record data, perform routine maintenance, ensure color quality, monitor inventory, and help develop standard work. Up to 10% travel may be involved.

Qualifications

• Experience with print/mail/scanning equipment preferred.
• Detail-oriented with accuracy in data handling.
• Basic PC skills: MS Office, Outlook, Acrobat.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and maintain printing and finishing equipment.
• Program job specifications and record data with software.
• Perform daily maintenance and coordinate service for equipment issues.
• Develop/update standard work for processes, safety and quality.
• Ensure color and image quality; visually inspect outputs.
