American Family Insurance Agency Staff is seeking an Associate Production Print Technician to operate and maintain a range of printing and finishing equipment, ensuring high-quality documents such as statements, confirmations, checks, and reports are produced accurately and on time.
This is a third-shift, office-based role at the Madison, WI location, with a 80% office presence requirement and a meaningful shift differential for late hours and weekends.
As an Associate Production Print Technician, you will operate and maintain a variety of printing and finishing equipment to produce high-quality documents. You'll set up and operate, digital print, and postage metering equipment, ensuring accurate and timely distribution of client statements, confirmations, checks, and reports.
We're seeking a detail-oriented, proactive individual excited to contribute to a collaborative team.
This position is a third shift position: hours being 7pm-5:05 am Sunday through Thursday with one day off (Mon/Tues/Wed) at our Cottage Court Location. This role is eligible for a shift differential: 6pm-12am 10%, 12am-6am 15%, and all weekend days (Saturday/Sunday) are 15%.
In this primarily office-based role, you will be expected to spend at least 80% of your time (4+ days per week) working from one of the following office locations(s): Madison, WI 53783.

Compensation may vary based on the job level and your geographic work location. Relocation support is offered for eligible candidates.
