Job summary

You will assist with production line setup, assemble and label packing boxes for vinyl siding products, and help maintain safety and quality in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The role features a rotating 2-2-3 schedule, with nights from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM, and weekends on an alternating basis.

Responsibilities

• Assist with production line setup, including stringing the line and preparing packing materials.
• Assemble, glue, label, and number packing boxes accurately for finished vinyl siding products.
• Visually inspect siding panels for color variations, defects, and other quality concerns before packaging.
• Load finished siding boxes onto skids and strap skids securely for warehouse removal.
• Maintain housekeeping, safety, and quality standards throughout assigned production areas.
• Report production issues, restock supplies, monitor hot glue levels, and assist with training other packers as needed.
