Qualifications

• Performs daily production floor activities ensuring safety, quality, and throughput.
• Accurately completes quality and production reports hourly and reports defects.
• Follows GMP and Food Safety standards; maintains housekeeping in production areas.

Responsibilities

• Operate production line(s) during night shift on a 12-hour schedule.
• Monitor materials and adjust line as needed to minimize downtime.
• Troubleshoot minor line issues and perform relief duties as required.
• Ensure attendance and shift coverage per demand; follow safety guidelines.
