Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in manufacturing, production, warehouse, or similar environment preferred.
• Ability to learn new skills quickly and adapt to change.
• Basic mathematical skills and calculator proficiency.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and be on your feet for most of the shift.

Responsibilities

• Package, label, and carton products with accuracy.
• Start-up, operate, and shut down production machines (manual to automatic).
• Perform quality inspections per Panduit’s quality systems.
• Follow safety guidelines to maintain a safe work environment.
• Conduct 5S activities to eliminate waste and improve efficiency.
