Panduit in Lockport, IL is seeking a Production Operator (Molding) to join our on-site manufacturing team. You will start and run molding and packaging processes, ensuring accurate labeling, counts per package, and carton integrity.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, basic math, and the capacity to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment. Evening/night shift hours from 11:00 pm to 7:00 am include a 20% differential and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Previous experience in manufacturing, production, warehouse, or similar environment preferred.
• Ability to learn and adapt to new skills quickly.
• Basic mathematical skills and proficiency in using a calculator.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, perform repetitive tasks, and be on your feet majority of shift.

Responsabilités

• Package, label and carton products with accuracy.
• Start-up, operate, and shut down molding/production machines and processes.
• Perform quality inspections per Panduit’s quality systems.
• Follow safety guidelines to maintain a secure workplace.
• Conduct 5S activities to eliminate waste and boost efficiency.
