Job summary

Panduit is seeking Production Operators to join our team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will handle packaging, labeling, and cartoning with precise counts while operating various production machines and maintaining safety standards.

You will perform quality inspections according to our systems and participate in daily 5S activities to eliminate waste and boost efficiency. The role requires lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for long periods.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing or production experience preferred.
• Ability to learn and adapt quickly.
• Basic math skills and proficiency with a calculator.
• Must be physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Package, label, and carton products with accuracy and proper counts.
• Operate start-up, run, and shut down manual, semi-automatic, and automatic machines.
• Perform quality inspections per Panduit quality systems.
