Job summary

Kerry Banks Crossing, GA is seeking a 12-hour Night Shift Production Operator for a 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM schedule, on a 48/36 rotating 2-2-3 cycle. The role offers a $1.20 per hour shift differential for night work and a path to growth within a leading taste and nutrition company.

The operator will set up and run equipment, troubleshoot issues, ensure product quality, and follow safety and GMP rules while maintaining accurate records.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years in manufacturing or similar role.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
• Flexible and able to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to read, write, perform basic math and record data.

Responsibilities

• Safely set up and operate equipment to optimize output.
• Troubleshoot routine malfunctions and ensure quality.
• Communicate with team members and coordinate production activities.
• Maintain records and documentation as required.
• Follow SOPs, GMPs, safety, sanitation, and housekeeping rules.
• Report safety issues and participate in training.
