Job summary

Kerry Group in Banks Crossing, GA is seeking a Night shift Quality Technician to support our Taste division manufacturing stock broth and bases. Hours are 6 PM to 6 AM on a 2-2-3 rotating schedule.

You will uphold food safety and quality systems, perform GMP audits, assist with documentation, calibrations, and CCP verifications, and help ensure compliance with Kerry policies and federal regulations. The role requires 1–3 years in quality in food manufacturing, a high school diploma, and

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years of quality experience or experience in poultry manufacturing.
• Experience in food/pharmaceutical industry or manufacturing environment preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Able to perform basic arithmetic and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Quality is at the core of our operations; ensure high-quality ingredients and compliance.
• Maintain record keeping, training and documentation; ensure food safety programs are followed.
• Assist with GMP audits, environmental monitoring, and calibration verifications.
• Support CCP verifications and equipment inspections; manage allergen and pest control considerations.
