Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 1–2 years related experience acceptable.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to write routine reports and perform basic calculations (rate, ratio, percent).

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor manufacturing processes in a safe, compliant manner.
• Enter SAP data in real time on all production processes.
• Submit work orders and coordinate with Maintenance to ensure uptime.
• Achieve manufacturing schedule and production goals with accurate batch records.
• Maintain audit-ready documentation and a clean, organized work area.
