Job summary

Premium Waters, Inc. in Riverside is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic for the night shift (7:00 pm–7:00 am) to support bottling operations including filler, cappers, labeler, and palletizers.

You will troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on production equipment to keep lines running smoothly. Required: high school diploma or equivalent, 2–3 years of related experience preferred, strong Excel skills, ability to read/interpret documents, and basic math.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 2-3 years previous experience is a plus.
• Computer experience and strong Excel knowledge.
• Ability to read and interpret documents.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.

Responsibilities

• Operate production machinery and blow mold equipment per specifications.
• Lead changeover processes and preventative maintenance.
• Perform troubleshooting and repairs to keep bottling lines running.
• Carry a radio and tool bag on shift for accessibility.
• Train new employees and ensure GMP compliance.
• Assist in maintaining product quality and safety standards.
• Report emergencies and incidents to supervision.
