Job summary

Paylocity is seeking a Press Technician to operate in a high-volume can manufacturing environment. This role requires 12-hour shifts from 5:30pm to 5:30am on a rotating 3/4 schedule, with every other weekend off.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year in a technical manufacturing role; 3+ years preferred.

• Set up, support, and continuously improve manufacturing processes.
• Troubleshoot production issues and refine tooling processes to ensure quality.
• Lead or assist peers, especially in the absence of Press Operators, to maintain operations.
• Maintain a high-volume, tight-tolerance environment and uphold safety standards.
