Job summary

MGP Ingredients in Kansas is seeking a Production Shift Manager (Night Shift) to lead a team of 10–15 hourly associates, coordinate daily and weekly production targets, and uphold safety and quality standards on the 7pm–7am shift.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree or 5–10 years of manufacturing experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and familiarity with SAP and MS Office. This role reports to Operations and offers competitive compensation and benefits.
