You will lead lean initiatives, monitor KPIs, and drive continuous improvement while ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years managing an electrical department in a manufacturing environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Management, or a related field.
• Strong leadership, analytical and problem-solving abilities; proactive approach to issues.

Responsibilities

• Monitor production schedules and ensure output meets quality and customer specs.
• Lead production staff, including hiring, training, and evaluations.
• Coordinate with engineering, quality, maintenance, and logistics to ensure seamless operations.
• Implement safety programs and promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
• Oversee inventory of raw materials, WIP, and finished goods, coordinating with procurement and transportation.
• Maintain and optimize manufacturing processes and equipment reliability.
