Module X Solutions is a Shreveport-based manufacturer seeking an Electrical Supervisor to oversee the electrical department, ensuring safety and adherence to compliance standards while guiding technical tasks and providing assistance as needed.

The role requires 5+ years in electrical supervision and 2+ years in installation/repair, with a focus on coordinating schedules, reviewing prints and BOMs, and ensuring on-time project execution.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of supervisory experience in the electrical field.
• 2+ years of electrical installation and repair experience.
• High School Diploma or GED; electrical training from tech school.

Responsibilities

• Back-up to the production manager for the electrical department and coordinate workload.
• Create daily work schedules for electrical team members based on production needs.
• Review engineering prints and BOM; communicate electrical issues with managers and engineering.
• Coordinate with warehouse for material kits and customer furnished equipment.
• Inspect electrical projects for precision, speed and safety.
• Ensure team has parts, tools and materials for tasks.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot project issues.
• Maintain daily skid status reports.
