MODULE X SOLUTIONS is a rapidly growing modular manufacturing company based in Shreveport, LA. The Production Manager oversees the manufacturing process with a strong emphasis on electrical systems, quality control, safety, and on-time delivery.

The role requires extensive leadership of production staff, optimization of processes, and collaboration with engineering, quality, maintenance, and procurement to meet company goals.

Qualifications

• 7-10+ years managing an electrical department within manufacturing.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Engineering, Business Management, or related field.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Analytical organizational skills and proactive problem solving.
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Monitor production processes and adjust schedules as needed.
• Ensure output meets quality standards and customer specifications.
• Promote safety and ensure health & safety compliance.
• Manage raw materials inventory; oversee WIP and finished goods hand-off.
• Oversee equipment maintenance and ensure smooth operations.
• Coordinate with procurement for timely materials availability.
• Lead cross-functional meetings to align on objectives.
• Communicate production updates to stakeholders.
• Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions.
