Qualifications

• 7-10+ years of proven experience managing an electrical department within a manufacturing environment.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Engineering, Business Management, or a related field.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee production processes to meet quality standards and deadlines.
• Lead production staff, hire/train, and conduct performance reviews.
• Coordinate with engineering, quality, maintenance, and logistics.
• Ensure safety compliance and implement corrective actions for quality issues.
• Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage inventory, WIP, and hand-off to transportation partners.
